All Zunde Global agricultural rounds are structured as block-based investment opportunities, allowing investors to participate in specific crop cycles in units of 100 square meters per block. Each block represents a verified and actively managed portion of farmland under contract with one of our approved local partners. Investors may purchase multiple blocks per round and can choose to reinvest returns through our Seed & Grow Compounding Program.

4. Reinvestment Policy – Seed & Grow

The Seed & Grow Program allows investors to automatically reinvest their harvest returns into upcoming rounds, enabling compounded growth and higher long-term yield potential.
Example: A $1,000 investment compounding at 20% per cycle over 3 years (6 cycles) may grow to approximately $2,986. Participation is optional and can be modified or stopped before any new cycle begins.

1. Payout Trigger

Investor payouts are initiated only after the harvested produce has been successfully sold, or—if applicable—once an insurance claim has been processed and settled in the event of a covered loss. This ensures that all payouts are backed by verified and realized proceeds rather than projections.

2. Settlement Timeline

Once proceeds from the sale or insurance compensation have been received and verified, payouts are credited to each investor’s Zunde Global account within seven (7) working days. Investors will receive automated notifications when this credit is complete.

3. Tracking & Transparency

Every investor has access to a personalized Member Dashboard, providing real-time visibility into:

• The progress of each farming round they are part of

• Growth and harvest updates

• Sales progress and timelines

• Payout preparation and credit confirmation

This ensures investors are consistently informed—from planting to harvest to final payout.

4. Account Credits & Cash Out Process

Upon payout, profits are first credited to the investor’s Zunde account balance.
Investors can then choose to:

• Reinvest their returns through the Seed & Grow Compounding Program, or

• Cash out to their preferred bank account or mobile wallet via the secure withdrawal process on the platform.

Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 working days of a confirmed cash-out request.
