MORE INFO

Garlic is a high-value, high-demand crop that thrives under controlled irrigation and proper curing methods. With premium-grade Zimbabwean garlic increasingly sought after in regional markets, this round helps fund improved seed importation, mechanized planting, and drying facilities. The result: superior yields and higher export prices.

Seed & Grow Advantage:
Compounding works powerfully with shorter cycles like garlic. A $1,000 reinvested every 6 months through Seed & Grow at 20% average returns per cycle can grow to nearly $3,000 in 3 years — turning a single investment into a continuous growth journey.

Zunde Global – Investment Policy

1. Investment Structure & Participation

All Zunde Global agricultural rounds are structured as block-based investment opportunities, allowing investors to participate in specific crop cycles in units of 100 square meters per block. Each block represents a verified and actively managed portion of farmland under contract with one of our approved local partners. Investors may purchase multiple blocks per round and can choose to reinvest returns through our Seed & Grow Compounding Program.

2. Capital Protection & Risk Management

While agricultural investments inherently carry certain risks, Zunde Global employs a multi-layered risk management framework that includes:

  • Verified commercial farm partnerships with proven track records.

  • Comprehensive crop insurance coverage where available.

  • Continuous on-ground monitoring and real-time reporting technology.

  • Diversified crop rotation across multiple regions to reduce exposure.
Our objective is to safeguard investor capital while promoting sustainable farming growth.

3. Returns & Payouts

Returns are distributed at the end of each successful harvest cycle, typically ranging between 15–25% per cycle, depending on crop type, yield performance, and market conditions. Investors are notified prior to payout and may choose to:

  • Withdraw profits to their preferred payment method, or

  • Reinvest them via the Seed & Grow Program to compound returns over subsequent cycles.

4. Reinvestment Policy – Seed & Grow

The Seed & Grow Program allows investors to automatically reinvest their harvest returns into upcoming rounds, enabling compounded growth and higher long-term yield potential.
Example: A $1,000 investment compounding at 20% per cycle over 3 years (6 cycles) may grow to approximately $2,986. Participation is optional and can be modified or stopped before any new cycle begins.

5. Transparency & Reporting

Zunde Global is committed to radical transparency. Every investor receives access to:

  • Digital dashboards for live crop and farm updates.

  • Photographic and video progress reports from the field.

  • End-of-cycle summaries detailing yield, market pricing, and profit allocation.
Our systems are designed to make every dollar traceable and every outcome verifiable.

6. Partner & Farm Verification

All partner farms undergo a rigorous vetting process covering land ownership, legal compliance, historical productivity, and environmental responsibility. Only verified partners are eligible to receive funding through Zunde Global rounds. This ensures accountability, reliability, and sustainability throughout the investment chain.

7. Terms of Engagement

By participating in any investment round, investors agree to Zunde Global’s standard terms and conditions, which outline the nature of agricultural investments, payout schedules, and risk disclosures.
Investments are not deposits and are subject to market and environmental conditions. Zunde Global operates with full transparency, and investors are encouraged to review all documentation before committing funds.

8. Social & Economic Impact Commitment

Beyond financial returns, every Zunde Global investment directly contributes to:

  • Empowering undercapitalized farmers to fully utilize their land.

  • Creating rural employment and supporting food security.

  • Advancing environmentally sustainable farming practices.
Your investment doesn’t just grow wealth — it grows impact.

Zunde Global – Payout Policy

At Zunde Global, we believe in fairness, transparency, and timely delivery of returns. Our Payout Policy ensures every investor receives their share of profits promptly following the completion of each agricultural cycle.

1. Payout Trigger

Investor payouts are initiated once the harvested produce has been successfully sold, or where applicable, once insurance compensation has been received in the event of a covered loss. This structure ensures that returns are always based on verified, realized outcomes rather than projected figures.

2. Settlement Timeline

Once proceeds from the sale (or insurance payout) have been confirmed and cleared, investor distributions are processed within seven (7) working days. Investors are notified via email and can track the payout status directly through their Zunde Global dashboard.

3. Payment Channels

Payouts are made via the investor’s selected payment method, which may include:

  • Local or international bank transfer

  • Mobile money (for domestic investors)

  • Digital wallet (for diaspora investors)

4. Reinvestment Option

Investors may elect to reinvest their payout through the Seed & Grow Compounding Program before the next farming cycle begins. This seamless reinvestment option enables compounding growth while continuing to support verified farmers and expanding production capacity.

5. Transparency & Verification

All payouts are supported by accompanying cycle reports, including crop performance data, sales receipts, and confirmation of insurance coverage where applicable. This ensures every investor has full visibility into how their returns were generated.
